Last June 29, 2002 at
Truman Lake in Long Shoals Marina.
Mark Bax was asked Ron Smith as a Pro-Term
Tournament Directior, and Mark had pain his back.
4 fishermen and Judith ------ 5 members
were there. First in the morning was warm at 5 am. Saturday morning we arrived
at Marina, and we waited, and came Charlie Farrell, next Dennis Bacon and
Kenneth Kistner and his girlfriend Mary came late before at 5:00 am. Then
drawing for partners. The anglers took off at 5:00 am. and returned at 1:00
pm.
Judith and Mary got back to sleep in truck for awhile. Later the weather became
very hot and humid. It was 99 degress. Kenneth Kistner and Charlie Farrell
gave up and came back early one hour. Ron Smith and Dennis Bacon continued
to fish and finally came at the end of the tournament time. The winner was
still Ron Smith. Dennis Bacon came in 2nd place. After weigh - in we were
out eat and chatted. Then we went home and rest of all night.

Dennis Bacon 1 - bass 1.90lbs - $ 48.00

Charlie Farrell - 0
Ron used lure ---- Green Pumpkin Lizard on Carolina Rigged around 15 to 20
ft deep and zara spook.
Dennis used lure --- 10" Junebug Powerbait Worm on Carolina Rigged
